Yesterday morning, I collected my anti-psychotic 'Stella' medication from www.slam.nhs.uk and picked up a www.pals.slam.nhs.uk leaflet, and some other information including some on www.iop.kcl.ac.uk I also made a decision to contact Lambeth Mind www.lambethmind.org.uk
I ended the day, watching the extremely enjoyable, appropriate and well attended performance of 'American Briefs' at Above The Stag Theatre www.abovethestag.com
