Will You Be There?

Will You Be There [Free Willy]

Will You Be There [Lyrics]

Hold me, like the river jordan

And I will then say to theeYou re my friend

Carry me, like you are my brother Love me like a mother Will you be there…

Weary, tell me will you hold me When wrong, will you scold me When lost will you find me?

But they told me a man should be faithful And walk when not able

And fight till the end but I’m only human (instru.)

Everyone taking control of me Seems that the world’s Got a role for me

I’m so confused Will you should to me you’ll be there for me

And care enough to bear me

(Hold me) (lay your head lowly)(Softly then boldly) (carry me there)

(Hold me) (love me and feed me)(Kiss me and free me) (I will feel blessed)

(Carry) (carry me boldly) (life me up slowly)(Carry me there) (save me)

(heal me and bathe me)(Softly you say to me) (I will be there)(Life me) (lift me up slowly)

(Carry me blodly) (show me you care) (Hold me) (lay your head lowly)(Softly then boldly) (carry me there)(Need me) (love me and feed me)(Kiss me and free me) (I will feel blessed)Spoken : in our darkest hour in my deepest despair

Will you still care?

Will you be there?

In my trials and my tribulations Through our doubts and frustrations

In my violence my turbulence Through my fear and my confessions

In my anguish and my pain Through my joy and my sorrow

In the promise of another tomorrow

I’ll never let you part for you’re always in my heart

Earlier this evening, I dined at Hungs Chinese Restaurant www.yourbestlocal.com/hungs/

within the extremely satisfying company of several members of my local Quaker www.quaker.org.uk/
Meeting House. www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quaker_history

I arrived at this meal having spent an hour in a Cafe Nero www.caffenero.com/ in Clapham, drinking herbal tea and eating cake, with a male friend [his treat]. During which time, he shared frankly with me his total disenchantment with my active Conservative Party membership. He also very sweetly supplied for my perusal, some Socialist reading material in addition to some information on the Dalia Lama.

I am still nonplus about why this male friend took umbrage, when I stated that the first very basic essential requirement of mine, when considering a non platonic relationship with a female partner in London or the United Kingdom, is that she is fluent in the English language? Actually, come to think of it, I am non too sure why he believes that my decision to have a child who is of mixed heritage, was a political decision?

Anyway

Happily, in between the main meal and dessert at Hungs, I rang and spoke to my wonderful son on the phone. I was delighted to hear that he had been with Joshua, his Steiner School friend, and Joshua's mother to watch the film 'Free Willy'. My son was impressed with this film and spent some time explaining it to me.

My son's reply to my telling him that I love him, was to say that he loves me until the end of the earth. He then went on to explain that as the earth is round his love won't end. I am pleased that my son is currently reading the 'Wind and the Willows' www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wind_in_the_Willows and finding it fascinating. My son also informed me that he has started to learn a new tune on his recorder.

Sadly, I won't be seeing my son until the end of this month, as his foster father will be taking him abroad on a skiing holiday. My son will also be accompanied by his friend Declan, who went skiing as well as camping with him last year.
