RADAR: The Disability Network
http://radarnetwork.blogspot.com/
RADAR is Britain's largest disability network. Our vision is a just and equal society whose strength is human difference; to this end we bring together people who share this vision of society, encourage debate about making this vision a reality, and work to place this vision at the forefront of public policy. This blog will contain information, comment and analyis on all aspects of disability, human rights and equality. Comments are welcome and encouraged.

My words will fail miserably to express the deep sense of honour that I feel to be asked:
You will be interviewed by Bob Niven, who is a RADAR trustee, at around 12.45pm. The sorts of questions he will ask will be:
1. what are you involved in leading or influencing at the moment?
2. you came on the RADAR leadership development day last November – what did you get out of that?
3. what are the specific things that have helped you believe in yourself and take your work forward recently?
4. what are the helpful things which organisations, employers or other influential people have done to enable you to express your leadership?
5. what would you like organisations etc. to do more of?
6. what one piece of advice would you give other people living with illness, ill health or disability in pursuing their leadership ambitions?
