Steve Gardner and Dr Micheal Hadjulis This morning I enjoyed a beautiful slow gongyo, with a SGI-UK leader in my neighbourhood, before setting off at 9am, for day two of the Personality Disorder training. This enlightening and worthwhile training, which provided me with much food for thought, was facilitated by Steve Gardener, from the Homelessness Training Unit www.homelesstraining.slam.nhs.uk and Mike Hadjulis, a psychiatrist from Maudsley Hospital.
This evening I attended my first official Hearing Voices Group, facilitated by Lambeth Mind www.lambethmind.org.uk
