'Time To Change'

Today I spent a productive and eventful day at a 'Time To Change' Volunteers Day event.

The campaign to end mental health discrimination by 'Time to Change' is launching

January 2009.

    Great campaign, much needed! I've done my own bit for bringing mental help (esp. among teenagers) into the open in Writing Therapy. One day, there'll be no stigma.
