Gail A. Hornstein
Professor of Psychology
'To Redeem one person is to redeem the World'

This afternoon, I attended a informative, insightful, Birkbeck College www.bbk.ac.uk/ 'Site of Conflict' Seminar Series talk, by Professor Gail A. Hornstein. I was also able to meet Jacqui Dillon in person, for the first time, as she was in the audience.
Gail's forthcoming book, 'Agnes' Jacket' will be in the shops soon.

Draft(E) of my film.

Excellent news. Draft (E) of my film. It is approximately four minutes in length.

In addition, today I attended my CPA at my local CMHT and conversed with Dr Kitty, my psychiatrist and Wendy, my Care coordinator for approximately one hour. As from tonight, my 'Stella' anti-psychotic medication has been reduced from 2mgs to 1mgs. Fantastic news for me. In addition I am being referred for psychotherapy.

Also more great news. This Thursday, I will be recording a Rethink www.rethink.org/ Radio Advert.

What a priviledge!

'Winter Always Turns To Spring'

Earlier this evening, I enjoyed a lovely 'Gosho' study lecture at my local SGI-UK, SLNC in Brixton. On the way home I purchased a ticket to see a sneek preview of 'Milk' www.filminfocus.com/focusfeatures/film/milk/ at The Ritzy Cinema www.picturehouses.co.uk/site/cinemas/ritzy/local.htm in Brixton, on Tuesday 20th January 2009.
